- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
- The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
Non-returnable items include:
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items (if opened)
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Items marked as “Non-returnable” on the product page
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear photos (if damaged/defective)
- Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days
- Once approved:
- We will arrange a pickup OR
- Ask you to ship the item to our return address

- After the returned product is received and inspected
